Es como si siempre hubiera estado ahí, fusionada de manera sutil con el entorno, eso es lo que el prestigioso arquitecto Fran Silvestre logra en sus proyectos y así será MAGNOLIAS 95.
Un proyecto que se alza en pleno corazón de la Reserva de Sotogrande, en Cádiz.
Lo más impactante de esta vivienda unifamiliar de lujo no es solo su diseño sino que será una villa totalmente autosuficiente desde el punto de vista energetico.

Comenzamos este proyecto de la mano del estudio de arquitectura AMES ARQUITECTOS, una reforma integral que ha durado dos años y cuyo resultado es una villa atemporal, exquisita y majestuosa.
La villa consta de 11 habitaciones, y cada una de sus estancias nos recuerdan que el verdadero lujo está en el silencio, en la privacidad, en el sosiego, en la paz y en el descanso.Villa Celestial stands in the hills of the prestigious private residential development of La Zagaleta, in Benahavis, Malaga. Surrounded by nature and vegetation, with privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea, this 4,416 m2 estate has everything you could possibly desire.
We began this project in collaboration with the architectural firm AMES ARQUITECTOS, a comprehensive renovation that took two years to complete and resulted in a timeless, exquisite and majestic villa.

O Villa Tokara, como nos gusta llamarla no está siendo como pensábamos al principio, lo que si sabemos es que como cada villa que comenzamos la convertimos en nuestra. No solo como un resultado sino como un proceso que tiene muchas piezas que encajar.
En esta vivienda, diseñada por AMES ARQUITECTOS, contamos con un equipo de profesionales ejemplar, de la mano de su Jefa de Grupo, Jeanette Ferro y su mano derecha, Álvaro Fernández como Jefe de Obra. Al pie del cañón, como siempre, nuestro Encargado: Rubén Agüera.
Villa Tokara se ha ido adaptando al terreno y no al revés, como una sinergia perfecta respetando el medio que la rodea.

Or Villa Tokara, as we like to call it, is not turning out as we initially thought it would, but what we do know is that, like every villa we start, we make it our own. Not only as a result, but as a process with many pieces to fit together.
In this house, designed by AMES ARQUITECTOS, we have an exemplary team of professionals, led by their Group Manager, Jeanette Ferro, and her right-hand man, Álvaro Fernández, as Site Manager. At the helm, as always, is our Foreman: Rubén Agüera.
Villa Tokara has been adapted to the terrain and not the other way around, creating a perfect synergy that respects its surroundings.

Fue un reto desde primer momento, por su ubicación, por el terreno, por la naturaleza que se abría paso…
Así comenzó Caserías del Esperonal 2-11. En la cabeza del proyecto, Jose María Beltrán, uno de nuestros jefes de obra con más trayectoria profesional. Estando él al mando, nada puede salir mal.
Junto a él, la arquitecta del proyecto, Laura Jiménez.
Y poco a poco fueron dando forma a esta vivienda unifamiliar enclavada en una de las urbanizaciones más privadas de la Costa del Sol, en el término municipal de Benahavis.
Con el mar mediterráneo en el horizonte y en plena naturaleza, manteniendo la esencia de las casas tradicionales andaluzas: con su teja, sus adoquines y su luz interior.
Pero manteniendo su modernidad y estilo propio.

This is how Caserías del Esperonal 2-11 began. At the helm of the project was Jose María Beltrán, one of our most experienced site managers. With him in charge, nothing could go wrong.
Working alongside him was the project architect, Laura Jiménez.
Little by little, they gave shape to this single-family home nestled in one of the most private residential areas on the Costa del Sol, in the municipality of Benahavis.
With the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon and surrounded by nature, it maintains the essence of traditional Andalusian houses: with its tiles, cobblestones, and interior light.
But it also maintains its modernity and unique style.

El PROYECTO, donde todo comienzaQue importante es identificar el valor de cada departamento que conforma una empresa.
En Grupo Red Point, el departamento de estudios y presupuestos es para nosotros donde todo nace, donde todo comienza.
Son ellas, Isabel y Sandibel junto con Carlos, su director técnico, los que llevan a cabo ese trabajo previo, estudiando meticulosamente, desgranado cada partida con cada industrial, otra pieza importante de esta empresa.
Ellos son los que ponen la máquina a funcionar cada mañana.
Ese trabajo que no se ve, pero que si se aprecia.
