MADROÑAL 11 O Villa Tokara, como nos gusta llamar MADROÑAL 11 O Villa Tokara, como nos gusta llamarla no está siendo como pensábamos al principio, lo que si sabemos es que como cada villa que comenzamos la convertimos en nuestra. No solo como un resultado sino como un proceso que tiene muchas piezas que encajar. En esta vivienda, diseñada por AMES ARQUITECTOS, contamos con un equipo de profesionales ejemplar, de la mano de su Jefa de Grupo, Jeanette Ferro y su mano derecha, Álvaro Fernández como Jefe de Obra. Al pie del cañón, como siempre, nuestro Encargado: Rubén Agüera. Villa Tokara se ha ido adaptando al terreno y no al revés, como una sinergia perfecta respetando el medio que la rodea. MUY PRONTOMADROÑAL 11 Or Villa Tokara, as we like to call it, is not turning out as we initially thought it would, but what we do know is that, like every villa we start, we make it our own. Not only as a result, but as a process with many pieces to fit together. In this house, designed by AMES ARQUITECTOS, we have an exemplary team of professionals, led by their Group Manager, Jeanette Ferro, and her right-hand man, Álvaro Fernández, as Site Manager. At the helm, as always, is our Foreman: Rubén Agüera. Villa Tokara has been adapted to the terrain and not the other way around, creating a perfect synergy that respects its surroundings. Fue un reto desde primer momento, por su ubicació Fue un reto desde primer momento, por su ubicación, por el terreno, por la naturaleza que se abría paso… Así comenzó Caserías del Esperonal 2-11. En la cabeza del proyecto, Jose María Beltrán, uno de nuestros jefes de obra con más trayectoria profesional. Estando él al mando, nada puede salir mal. Junto a él, la arquitecta del proyecto, Laura Jiménez. Y poco a poco fueron dando forma a esta vivienda unifamiliar enclavada en una de las urbanizaciones más privadas de la Costa del Sol, en el término municipal de Benahavis. Con el mar mediterráneo en el horizonte y en plena naturaleza, manteniendo la esencia de las casas tradicionales andaluzas: con su teja, sus adoquines y su luz interior.
