This large villa with an ambitious program is functionally organized on three levels. The architecture is fragmented into vertical volumes that give a sense of scale and balance.
The spacious double-height living room takes center stage and overlooks the sea to the east. Three courtyards run through the house, bringing light into all the rooms and ensuring that even the lowest level always receives natural light.
The complex topography is landscaped and used to conceal the service areas. It is a contemporary villa with luxurious spaces and finishes.
