It is a detached building with basement + ground floor + first floor + upper floor and swimming pool. The general idea is to develop the social part of the house in contact with the pool-terrace and pool, leaving the bedrooms on the other level.
In the dwelling, priority has been given to the use of space and the reduction of non-useful circulation routes, such as corridors. All the rooms of the house are equipped with all the services in terms of functionality and telecommunications.
